For over a week since opening, the new Ceviche’s at the former St. Bart’s location on South Howard has been having a full house. The former menu at the previous popular Tampa location is still in effect, with a few minor changes. Plans call for a lunch schedule sometime later in the spring. The live Flamenco music was an exciting change for SOHO venues. While the popularity of inexpensive drink specials for the under 30 crowd will still keep other SOHO locations slammed, the character, menu, ambience, and service of the new Ceviche’s has created a near perfect hangout for those over 30.
