Not So Good in the Neighborhood

Several area businesses have been looking to relocate in the Post Properties project at Swann and South Howard. Post has properties at Harbour Island, Rocky Point and Hyde Park area, AND a lot more - Atlanta, Texas, and various other markets. The company has been for sale for sometime. We were told the SOHO project would be delayed until a new owner was in place. Recently Post announced they were withdrawing from the market due to lack of buyers.

The SOHO property may remain closed indefinitely.

AND while not immediately nearby, Hawks Grill on Bay to Bay was closed. Apparently the main issue related back to the original agreement to be a Cherry’s location.
